How does a project start? We schedule a free 30-minute consultation to go over your project, deliverables, pricing, and timeline. Once we agree on the details, we move into a contract before any work begins.
Do you require a contract? Yes. We do not begin work without a signed contract. This protects both sides and outlines the full scope, timeline, and payment terms agreed upon.
How does payment work? Projects require 30% of the total agreed price upfront before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 70% is due upon delivery of the final draft.
What's the typical timeline? Timelines are agreed upon during the consultation and outlined in the contract. We work within that agreed timeframe to deliver the project on schedule.
What if I need changes after the first draft? Revisions are included as agreed upon in the contract. Major changes outside the original scope may require an updated agreement.
Can you use my project as an example of your work? Yes, by default completed projects may be featured in our portfolio, website, or social media as examples of our work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing in the contract.
Do you work with clients outside the UAE? Yes, we work with clients both locally and internationally. Consultations and project management are conducted remotely as needed.
What services do you offer? Brand identity and strategy, packaging design, social media content and campaigns, web design, painting and custom artwork, and pitch decks. Each project is tailored to the client's specific needs.
Do you offer custom quotes or set pricing? All projects are custom quoted based on scope, complexity, and timeline. Pricing is discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation, before any contract is signed.
